We bought our first home with Charlie and it was an amazing experience. We were purchasing from out of state and Charlie was extremely accommodating, offering to drop everything to go see new listings and send along photos and videos. When we encountered an unexpected delay in our closing, Charlie waited with us at the title company office into the early evening to make sure we got into our home. The title officer made a point of telling us most agents wouldn't have stayed! Since closing, Charlie has stayed in touch to answer any questions we have and to check up on us.
